Limited Lifetime Warranty – Knives, Axes, and Metal Tools

What’s Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Rust, patina, or discoloration that occurs naturally over time
• Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function



One-Year Warranty – Leather Goods

What’s Covered:
All Blue Spade Forge leather goods are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase for the original buyer against defects in materials and workmanship.

Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, fading, or softening of leather
• Stretching or shaping that occurs naturally with use
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, water, or improper care
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Loss, theft, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance


How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Email support@bluespadeforge.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
2. We will review your claim and provide return instructions if applicable.
3. Once received and inspected, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.


Limitations
• All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
• Repairs or replacements do not extend the original coverage period.
• Blue Spade Forge is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
