Returns
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unsharpened, and in original packaging.
• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
